Whether you’re visiting in winter or summer, our chalet is the perfect base for exploring the region. Enjoy a quick 10-minute trip to the lakeside beach or venture 20 minutes to the slopes and trails of Semnoz for skiing and hiking adventures. No matter the season, our chalet offers the ideal combination of relaxation and outdoor activities.

Saint-Jorioz is one of the many beautiful lakeside villages that are dotted around Lake Annecy. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants, as well as a beach and a lakeside footpath.

There are more shops and restaurants in Annecy itself, which is a beautiful medieval town on the edge of the lake. On a sunny day, choose one of the canalside restaurants and watch the world go by. There are also some delightful independent shops, three weekly produce markets, and a monthly antiques market.

In the summer, try out the watersports, swim in the crystal clear lake, or enjoy a cruise across the lake.

If you are staying at one of our chalets in the winter, you can ski at the small resort of Semnoz (26km), where you can buy a lift pass by the hour. The resort of La Sambuy, near Seythenex, south of Lake Annecy, is less than an hour away (25km) and has 10 pistes ranging from green to black. The Aravis stations of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and Manigod are all less than an hour away, and offer 220km of superb skiing.

The property is just a short 9km drive from the enchanting medieval town of Annecy, known for its stunning canals, delightful restaurants, unique shops, and vibrant markets. If you prefer to stay closer to your home away from home, St Jorioz provides a variety of dining options, cozy cafes, and local shops, as well as a lovely lakeside beach for leisurely days by the water.
